Eligibility for Returns:- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:- Custom-made or special-order items- Products that have been used or damaged
Return Process:1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
